Salary: ME5 £29,463 Pro Rata (Actual Salary £25,230.86)
Hours: 30 hours per week, term time only - 8.15am-3.15pm
Contract: Permanent, subject to a 3-month probationary period
Start Date: October 2026

- A highly motivated and passionate Learning Support Assistant with the desire to develop their own practice along with the ambition to drive standards forward.
- Someone who is passionate about helping children achieve their full potential, both academically and personally.
- Has experience supporting children with a range of learning, social, emotional, or additional needs.
- Demonstrates patience, empathy, and a nurturing approach to supporting pupils.
- Can work effectively as part of a dedicated and collaborative staff team.
- Has strong communication skills and can build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
